Annullationsbedingungen / No-show-Gebühr
Annullierungen, Änderungen und Verschiebungen von Reservationen sind bis spätestens 2 Tage bis 18:00 vor der reservierten Übernachtung möglich.
Für nicht oder zu spät gemeldete Annullationen und Verschiebungen von Reservationen oder Änderungen der Personenanzahl ist der Hüttenwart berechtigt, die No-show-Gebühr der hinterlegten Kreditkarte zu belasten, oder in Rechnung zu stellen. Details in den AGB’s.
Cancellation conditions / No-show fee
Cancellations, changes and postponements of reservations can be made free of charge up to 2 days before 6:00 p.m. the reserved overnight stay.
For cancellations and postponements of reservations or changes in the number of persons that are not reported or are reported too late, the hut warden is entitled to charge the no-show fee to the credit card on file or to invoice it. CG&Cs.
Conditions d’annulation / Frais de non-venue
Les annulations, les modifications et les reports de réservations sont possibles sans frais jusqu’à 2 jours au plus tard avant la réservation et avant 18 h, par le biais du SRLC ou par téléphone.
Pour toute annulation, tout report de réservation ou toute modification du nombre de personnes qui n’auraient pas été annoncés ou qui auraient été effectués tardivement, le ou la gardien est en droit de débiter des frais de la carte de crédit. CG

Gli annullamenti, le modifiche e i differimenti di prenotazioni non sono soggetti a costi se vengono notificati telefonicamente o via SPOC al più tardi entro le 18.00 due giorni prima della data prenotata.
Per annullamenti e differimenti di prenotazioni, o modifiche del numero delle persone, non notificati oppure annunciati con ritardo, il/la custode è autorizzato(a) ad addebitare alla carta di credito dichiarata un importo stabilito. CGC
